Software that holds.
Firm is an autonomous software company that turns intent into software you can depend on.
Delivered means all of this, checked by machines, never claimed.
- A repository in your GitHub organisation
- Green CI
- Committed, passing tests
- Green machine checks
- A live URL
A whole firm behind the idea.
One person can call on requirements, planning, engineering, review, release and the work after, without coordinating every role by hand.
Direction in, plan out
Describe what should exist. Firm turns it into requirements that cite their sources, a coverage ledger that proves nothing was dropped, then specs, then a milestone plan you approve before anything is built.
The work carries itself through
Iterations run in order against a frozen plan. UI work ships with committed end-to-end tests, and a fresh-context reviewer reads every change before it counts.
Decisions come to you. The rest moves.
Anything Firm cannot decide becomes a Decision: the work parks, you or your deputy answer, the answer is recorded with its reason, and the work resumes.
The machine checks. The model claims.
Gates are deterministic checks over the committed artefact, never an agent’s self-report. Delivered means a repo in your org, green CI, committed passing tests, green checks and a live URL.
Your repo. Your keys.
A least-privilege GitHub App in your organisation. Your model key lives in a secrets vault behind a gateway and never enters a workspace.
Context that survives
Requirements, plans and decisions are versioned documents with an append-only history, mirrored into git when frozen. Nothing restarts from zero.
Built to continue
After launch, hand Firm a bug or a small change in a conversation. It still gets a branch, a pull request, tests and a review, and grows into a full initiative when it should.
Spend you can see
Every phase runs inside a budget envelope enforced where the model is called. Running out is a hard stop only a person lifts. Seats, compute, hosting and your own model spend are four streams, never one blurred number.
Give it direction. Let it work.
Four movements, the same every time. You are asked at the points that need judgment; the rest is carried.
1 of 4
Give it direction.
Describe what should exist, in your words and your documents. Firm turns intent into requirements that cite their sources and a plan you approve, and keeps that plan current as the product evolves.
2 of 4
Let it work.
Firm coordinates the work across architecture, implementation, testing and delivery without asking you to manage every step. Each iteration is reviewed by a fresh reader before it counts.
3 of 4
Stay on firm ground.
Decisions, context and progress stay connected from the first idea through every release. A live feed tells you what is happening in plain language.
4 of 4
Built to continue.
Launching is not the finish line. Firm stays with the product as requirements change, bugs appear and the next release begins.
Autonomy you set, not autonomy you babysit.
Choose how much to delegate. The pipeline is the same either way; only who answers changes.
- You approve each step
- Every Decision, whether a clarification, an approval or a scope waiver, comes to you. Firm parks the work and waits. It never guesses.
- Automatic
- A deputy answers routed decisions on your behalf, with a written reason you can read and reopen. You set what it may decide.
- Always a person
- Raising a budget, resolving a destructive conflict and the first production deploy reach a human in every mode.
Three decisions need you.
The rest is moving.
- ApprovalFreeze the plan for Release 3?Six milestones, fourteen iterations, every requirement covered.
- ClarificationWhich currency is the default for new accounts?Raised while drafting the invoicing spec.
- ApprovalDeploy Release 2 to production?Checks are green. This one is always yours.
Your repo. Your keys. Your boundaries.
Firm earns responsibility by keeping the work where you can see it and the secrets where you cannot lose them.
Code lives in your GitHub organisation
One least-privilege GitHub App per customer. Firm pushes with short-lived, repo-scoped tokens. Your repository is the source of truth and stays yours if you leave.
Your model key never enters a workspace
Provider keys are held in a secrets vault and read only by the gateway. Workspaces get a short-lived virtual key bound to one run and one budget.
Work runs in sealed sandboxes
Each phase runs in an isolated, hardened sandbox with default-deny network egress, resource ceilings and a time limit. Nothing durable is stored in it.
Tenants are structurally separate
Every read and write is confined to your organisation by construction and pinned to a data region. No hopeful filters.
A tamper-evident record
Security-relevant actions, including every deputy answer, go into a hash-chained audit log you can query, and export on Enterprise.
Leave with everything
A full export is available in any subscription state. When an organisation leaves, Firm deletes its copies and leaves your repositories untouched.

We are not here to generate more software.
We are here to make software more dependable to create.
Software is becoming easier to start. That is not the same as becoming easier to finish, easier to change, or easier to trust.
Firm exists for the work after the first prompt: the decisions, dependencies, revisions, tests, tradeoffs, and releases that turn an idea into something people can actually rely on.
We believe autonomy should reduce supervision without reducing accountability. We believe speed should produce momentum, not fragility. We believe context should survive the session. We believe a system should be able to carry responsibility before it asks to carry more.
The human sets the direction. Firm stays with the work.
Questions, answered plainly.
No. Generation is the cheap part. Firm takes an initiative through requirements, specification, planning, implementation, review and release, and verifies each step against the committed result. You direct; it carries.
Give Firm something important.
Made to change. Built to hold.
